Micro Mosaic Plaque, Bird, 18th century. Rome

Beautiful plaque, Roman school of micro mosaic, a typical souvenir of the Grand Tour, end of the 18th century or very early 19th century, good condition, excellent workmanship, minuscule tassels. This kind of round micromosaics was habitually used as decoration on snuff boxes. They are always built on a copper support and are always very thin for the oldest.
