Natural Banded Agate Bead from China-Tibet, 18th c. and before
Antique chinese banded agate with an exceptional and absolutely natural design that could not be reproduced artificially. Neither treatments to darken or alter the stone, nor to make the crystalline layers or banding more prominent and thus enhanced the appearance of eyes and stripes. There are some very old dig marks, as the patina demonstrates. If you look very carefully to the pictures, you can discover two eyes.
