Horseshoe Roman Glass Micromosaic Plastron Brooch, 19th century, Roma
Roman micro mosaic plastron brooch, end of the 19th century.
Very good condition, set in black glass, silver pin; depicting the lion symbol of S. Marco, saint patron of Venezia, and four views of the city.
Quite nice quality of the mosaic; no tesserae missing or replaced.
