Glass Micro Mosaic Gold Pendent, Roman Ruins. Rome, 19th c
This micromosaic pendant from the second half of the 19th century depicts the Pantheon in Rome. Unlike typical pieces that use black glass or black Belgian stone, this pendant features a holder made of malachite stone. It is mounted in 18-carat gold.
